Hi everyone, my name is showshow. I'm 54 years old and I live in Japan. 8 years ago, I started to learn English coversation again, though I had almost forgotten all English grammar because I hadn't used English for about 30 years. In Japan we have to study English for entrance examination tests in senior high schools and universities, so most Japanese people hate English grammar, reading, and writing. I think that enjoying English is very important for us Japanese people. Though in my case I don't like English grammar and reading, but I do enjoy chatting in English on the internet. About 7 years ago I joined Englishtown on MSN, and I would study English conversation almost every night, but the conversation topic in Englishtown was always the same so I became bored and finally quit. Then I found Paltalk and made many new friends from all over the world. Chatting with my friends from around the world is very interesting to me. Now, I'm a member of Cypris Chat and STE Band in Second Life, thank you.
